Resetting Your Remote Access Password
These instructions will help you reset the password for your DaySmart (Remote Access) account if you have forgotten it.
Reset using a web browser
Reset using the iPhone or iPad app
Reset using the Android app
After you have signed into your E-mail address, clicked the link to reset the password, and created a new password, you will be able to sign in to your account again.
Reset using a web browser
- Navigate to https://online.saloniris.com/.
- Click the forgot your password? link under the password box.
- Type the E-mail address for the account in the dialog box and click the Reset my password button.
Reset using the iPhone or iPad app
- Select Help from the Log In screen of the app.
- Select Reset Password in the Support section.
- Type the E-mail address for the account and select Done.
Reset using the Android app
- Select the Question Mark (?) icon from the Log In screen of the app.
- Type the E-mail address for the account and select Reset.
After you have signed into your E-mail address, clicked the link to reset the password, and created a new password, you will be able to sign in to your account again.
